The task was to develop a guideline that perfectly matches the essence of the concierge service. The complexity of the work consisted in the accurate identification of customer needs and soft detachment from competitors. That is why, first of all, we decided to focus on the development of the logo, corporate identity, corporate font and brand colors. After agreeing on the stages of work, we began to implement them.
THE TASK SET BY THE CLIENT DHARMA OBSIDIAN
For implementation, we first of all conducted a study in which we identified the main points of contact of customers with the brand. Our designers decided to move away from the usual concept and decided to embody the colors characteristic of Great Britain during the reign of Queen Victoria. Restrained golden lines against a background of deep and noble black, soft lines and restrained silhouettes. The concept of this brand is the ability to balance between warmth and business approach, English precision and generosity of aristocrats.
